山之卷─衝突管理與企業內部協商
本課程討論的的是對內談判。適合公司所有的人選上。如果事前上過風之卷最好,萬一沒有上過,老師也會在課程中,對會運用到的基本談判技巧作重點提示。
本課程內容包括內部溝通的基本技巧、上級與下級的溝通、部門之間的協調、以及扮演第三方出面調停的技巧。
課程中有案例討論,也有一場會議談判的演練。
課程長度為七小時。如果公司想為所有人員辦培訓,可以選上兩天課程,一天風之卷、一天山之卷。然後再抽出需要在第一線作戰的同仁上林之卷兵法,高階主管上火之卷謀略。這應是比較好的安排。

Chapter Four: Mountain – Conflict Resolution and Intra-Group Negotiation

單元一:衝突的結構與情緒管理
Unit One: The structure of conflict and emotion control

要作衝突管理,先要學會瞭解衝突。什麼是衝突的三角形結構?什麼是衝突的引爆點?如何區分主要衝突與次要衝突?如何控制情緒,找到衝突的引爆點?
To manage conflict, we have to know what conflict is, and how it is ignited and escalated. What’s the triangular relationship between resources, attitudes and behavior? How to control our tempers so that we can cool down to identify the real cause of conflict?

單元二:傾聽、發問與說服的基本技巧
Unit two: listening, asking and persuading

要解決衝突,我們還得學會傾聽、發問與說服的基本技巧。如何透過積極的聽,去傾聽對方的內心世界?如何發問,才不會讓對方焦慮?又如何增加自己的說服力,讓自己的意見能被接受?
The skills of listening, asking questions, and persuading are also very important. What is active listening? How to know people’s real concern? How to ask questions? How to make ourselves more persuasive? How to let our opinion be accepted?

單元三:如何提出自己的意見
Unit Three: How to make arguments

很多人在衝突發生的時候,不知道怎麼提出自己的意見,或如合理性地,將自己意見表達清楚。這裡我們將讓學員學會如合理性地,提出自己的意見。並與對方交換討論。
Many people don’t know how to make an argument, or how to express their opinions rationally and clearly. In this session, we will introduce basic skills of argumentation; hoping student can learn how to present their opinion clearly and precisely.

單元四:上下級之間的溝通
Unit Four: Talking to your boss/subordinates

學了一上午的基本技巧,現在我們開始運用了。在這個單元,我們將先討論上下級之間溝通的藝術。屬下如何和長官談判,長官又如何拒絕屬下。上下級之間如何經由協調,成功解決衝突?
After learning basics skills of active listening and effective expression, now we start to apply them to real office live. In this session, we will discuss how to negotiate with your boss and/or subordinates. How to persuade your boss to approve your working plan? How to say no to your subordinates? How to survive your boss? How to win your boss’ concession while still save their face?

單元五:部門與部門之間的談判
Unit Five: Negotiating with your colleague

這個單元我們將討論部門與部門之間的談判。各部門之間如何折衝妥協?如何經由整合型談判達成我們想要的結果?如果這個談判發生在會議上,則又該如何開一個有效率的會議?
This hour we are going to talk about negotiation between different departments. How to negotiate with your colleague and winning their support? What is integrative negotiation? How to sell your idea in a conference? What is the meeting strategy that you have to learn?

單元六:談判演練

這裡我們將做一場跨部門談判的演練,讓學員熟悉內部協商的基本技巧,包括主席怎麼當,以及如何在會議桌上推銷自己的意見,最後在不同利益的情況下,透過會議達成共識。所有的疑難問題也將在最後由劉教授做一回答。
